Handmade
All products are handmade and hand assembled. We do not use machines so there may be slight differences between each piece. We are very meticulous when crafting each order, but we cannot guarantee they will all be 100% identical. They will be gorgeous!
Printing
We do not use letterpress or engraving printing techniques. All printed pieces will be produced using offset or digital printing methods. All prints are archival quality on acid free paper.
Postage
If you request to have a postcard stamp included in your order a stamp will be chosen for you based on availability. If you have a special stamp request just let us know.
Copyright
ALL song lyrics, quotes, or phrases found in any designs are the property and copyright of their respective owners. We do not take any responsibility for using any copyrighted lyrics, phrases or quotes. If lyrics are used in the design the client must take full responsibility for using songs under copyright without owner’s permission and may be subject to legal repercussion. If this concerns you contact the copyright owner for copyright permission. It is the client’s responsibility to pay any and all royalties to copyright owners. A small credit to owner will be included in design.
Shipping
Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping, including tracking and insurance, comes free with each order. We package all products in plastic bags to protect them from the elements. If your order is delayed due to shipping problems we will contact you. If a reorder is required due to lost or damaged shipping we will do everything in our power to quickly complete the order. A signature will be required for delivery.
Payment / PayPal®
We accept payment for your order via PayPal®. Never email your credit card number to me. Personal checks can be accepted but will lengthen the order process. All personal checks must be cleared before the order process can continue.
Taxes
8.8% sales tax applies to orders placed within the state of Washington.
