01 } How long will it take?
The average order takes 2-4 weeks to complete after all your wording and information has been submitted. You will be informed if there is a longer wait time. Invitations should be mailed 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding, so please allow plenty of time for the order process. I would recommend 6 months in advance so you have plenty of time for shipping and addressing envelopes.

02 } How do you print?
To provide you with colorful and limitless designs we use digital printing methods. All printing is archival quality and very beautiful. Don’t worry we are very particular :)

03 } Shipping?
Priority Mail 2-3 day service with tracking and insurance is included for your order.

04 } How can I pay?
We accept credit cards via PayPal®. It’s easy and 100% safe. Other options are available just let me know.

05 } What if I am not 100% satisfied?
I will do anything I can to make your invitation exactly what you requested. If by chance you are not completely satisfied I will refund 50% of your total once your order is returned.

06 } How do you make your maps?
I use help from the internet to make my maps, that is why it’s really important to double check locations to make sure they are accurate. There is a small chance the internet maps may be incorrect.

07 } What kind of paper do you use?
All of our color paper and envelopes come from Paper Source®. All white and cream paper stock is the highest quality 80lb cover stock.

08 } What is the best way to contact you?
I work different hours so that I can spend quality time with my family. The best way to reach me is by email. Sometimes I get lots of work done in the evenings (late). I will respond as quick as I can.

09 } Can I change the colors to better match my wedding?
I can definitely work with you to change colors. Take a look at the color palette to see if a color change would work for the design and your wedding.
